Orders

How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order online by adding your selected items to your cart and following the checkout process.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@newyorkwardrobe.com.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders. An express insured shipping option is also available for an additional fee.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Express insured delivery takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it, provided it is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
